Working Together: Using Collaborative Technologies to Support Groups and Teams

A Scavenger Hunt Exercise

  1. Identify a name for your team. In a group discussion, share your respective take aways until now. This could be in the form of an insight, idea, key learning etc. Create a blog entry that introduces your team and its members and outlines your take aways. Include a photograph of the team in your blog post.
  2. Visit the KS Toolkit wiki (www.kstoolkit.org) and choose 2 methods and 2 tools that would support your group's entry point. Explain how these tools and methods could support this entry point. Write up your response on a flichart and be prepared to share. Extra points for most decorative chart. Take a picture of the chart and post it in flickr so others can find it.
  3. In the workshop wiki, write-up the Day One response to the question raised in the KS presentation “What are you doing to support/promote knowledge sharing?”.
  4. Add your network maps to flickr (so that they can be found). Make sure that your name is on your map.

When you have completed all of the activities in the scavenger hunt, scream out as a group 'ENRAP'!
