Timing

  • Limited time for practical application of the internet based tools suggested; Need more familiarzation with blogs, wiki etc (say, 2 more days)
  • Training time not enough
  • Insufficient time in getting well acquainted with the tools/usage
  • More time to discuss "how to id/doc knowledge in our projects

 

Logistics

  • Why Bangkok?

  • More time to practice using the tools ie. 4 to 5 Day Event
  • More time to identify how to identify document knowledge within projects
  • Ensure to marry the tools were married with real life content
  • Must get facilitators experiences into the discussions
  • Use the project content instead of KS content
